Grok Bot pricing and usage in short: your plan includes weekly usage that resets each week, and on-demand usage can continue after that only if you turn it on. Details below, from the official help pages.

Before you set up a team of bots, know how usage works. Everything below comes from Grok Bot's official Plans and billing and Routines help pages. I won't quote numbers that aren't published there.

Weekly Usage

Paid access includes Weekly usage, and it resets weekly (source).

When It Runs Out

If on-demand usage is enabled on your account, you can keep going. If it's off, Grok Bot stops when weekly usage runs out, and it resets with weekly usage (source). Grok Bot draws from weekly usage first. A monthly limit isn't a hard stop in the middle of a run (source).

Plans Differ

How much weekly usage you get depends on your plan, and higher tiers include more (source). Check the page for your plan. I'm not quoting amounts or prices here.

One Bot Vs. Several

Every routine run spends usage, so a routine that runs often spends more than one that runs rarely. An hourly schedule or a busy trigger can use a week of usage in a day (source). What matters is how much work your bots do, not just how many you have.

If Usage Drops Fast

Pause routines you don't need, then widen schedules and narrow triggers. A routine that never runs doesn't spend usage, but Test does (source).

What I'd Recommend Starting With

Start with one Bot and one task. Add routines with sensible schedules, and add more Bots once you see a clear need. That's my advice, not an official rule.
