Unhappy With Your Tier? 2-Week Upgrade Period
Within 14 days of your repair, you can come back and upgrade to a higher tier: you pay the price difference between parts plus swap labor. After 14 days, an upgrade is a new repair at full price. Parts physically damaged after leaving our care are not covered, and a 15% restocking fee applies to used batteries swapped during an upgrade.
What Are The Visual Differences?
Using a screen as the example: Premium has precise corner cuts, the thinnest borders and full specs like the highest refresh rate. Standard keeps excellent specs but may have fractionally wider borders. Economy may have rounder corners, wider borders and baseline refresh rates. Budget screens are lower quality, with less accurate color and brightness, and run at 90Hz on Pro models.
Will I See An "Unknown Part" Message?
On newer iPhones and tablets, Standard, Economy or Budget screens, batteries or rear cameras may show an "Unknown Part" message in Settings. It is cosmetic and doesn't affect performance or security. With these battery tiers, battery health percentages won't show in Settings.
Are Economy Parts Safe?
Absolutely. Every part, in every tier, passes a multi-point inspection before install. Economy parts are optimized for cost or may show light cosmetic wear, but they are fully functional.
How Fast Can You Get My Part?
We stock common parts and source the rest through trusted wholesale distributors. Need it ASAP? We can fast-track with next-day suppliers.
What Does The Warranty Cover?
1-year warranty against defects on undamaged parts. Defective parts are replaced free for the first 60 days, then at a prorated cost up to 1 year. Labor is covered for 90 days. Batteries are covered for defects, not normal wear. New damage after the repair, like cracked glass, a cracked or bleeding screen, lines, bends or liquid, is not covered. Budget screens carry a 30-day warranty against defects.
