Many towns don't have a shop that repairs iPads. Here's what mail-in iPad repair looks like with us.
What Can Be Fixed By Mail

Packing An iPad
iPads are big, thin and easy to bend. Use a rigid box, and put a piece of flat cardboard on each side of the iPad inside the bubble wrap. Remove the case, the Apple Pencil and the keyboard. Full steps are on our packing page.
Timing
iPad displays are often ordered after the diagnostic. We'll give you an estimate in your quote and tell you right away if anything changes.
Price
You get a clear quote after the diagnostic. The $35 diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair if we do the repair, and you pay shipping both ways. If it can't be repaired, return shipping comes out of the $35 and we refund the rest. Every repair includes a 1-year warranty against defects on undamaged parts.
