To make our rewards system clearer and more rewarding over time, we’ve created the Fix Famiglia — a simple, transparent loyalty program that benefits everyone and feels like joining the family

- Points are earned and redeemed only on component replacement services (services that involve opening the device).
- Loyalty visit discounts apply to all services and can be stacked with points redemptions, up to a maximum of 50% off labor.
"How do I become a member?"
It’s easy! During your service intake process, our in-store tablet will guide you through creating your loyalty profile. Just show a valid ID if you qualify as a Hero, and we’ll activate your account immediately.

Community Heroes Discount
We proudly offer a $5 Off on your very first visit to the following community members:

Just show valid identification when you visit, and we’ll set up your loyalty profile right away.
Points Program – Earn & Redeem (Available to Everyone)
- You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on services, starting with your very first visit.
- Once you become a Loyal Customer (on your 3rd visit), you automatically earn double points — 2 points per $1 spent.
- Once you become a Fix Famiglia Member (4th visit and beyond), you earn triple points — 3 points per $1 spent.
- 250 points = $5 credit that can be applied toward any future service.
- Points are automatically tracked in your customer account.
- Points never expire.

Becoming a Loyal Customer unlocks the next level of rewards:
- $10 Off your service
- Double points (2× earning rate) on all purchases

Becoming a Fix Famiglia Member unlocks the highest level of rewards and convenience:
- $15 Off your service on every future visit

- $5 Off accessories
- Free diagnostic on any future visit
- One free charging-port cleaning per year
- Free screen-protector installation with any screen service

The Fix Famiglia Loyalty and Rewards Program Disclaimer
- Points apply only to component replacement services that involve opening the device (such as screen, battery, back glass, camera, and digitizer replacements).
- They do not apply to accessory installations, port cleaning, diagnostics, resets, software services, or any basic services that do not require opening the device, as subsequent visits provide a considerable discount on these services.
- Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
- Loyalty points have no cash value until redeemed and are non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Fix Famiglia program at any time without notice.
- All decisions regarding eligibility, redemption, and program rules are at the sole discretion of Franchitti’s Fix LLC.
- The most current version of the program is always posted on our website.
